Teacher with Student Kentucky Educational Reform Act (KERA) of 1990 has revolutionized public education in the Commonwealth.

Many of the reforms are now national models for system all across the country. The following is provided as background information about the reforms and Kentucky’s unique Kentucky Teachers Intern Program (KTIP).
