Relocation Incentives:
From the University of Louisville’s College of Education and Human Development:
· Eligibility for in-state rates tuition support (a savings of $6,500)
· Extensive faculty mentoring support
· Faculty supervision of recruits through the Kentucky Teacher Internship Program (KTIP)
· Pre-service summer curriculum (two courses)
From Jefferson, Henry, Shelby, and Spencer County Public School Districts:
· Full time classroom “teacher of record”
· Rank III full time compensation
· Teachers in critical content areas: significant tuition reimbursement from the hiring district for cost of the University of Louisville’s Master of Arts in Teaching.
· Reimbursement of PRAXIS II exam(s) expenses
· Reimbursement of travel expenses to Louisville for the final round of interviews with the school districts
· District-sponsored mentoring programs

From Teach Kentucky Alumni:
· Teach Kentucky Summer Institute that will provide you with the skills to succeed in your first year.
